I became interested in hypnosis and its use in therapy work back in the early 1990’s. I studied hypnosis informally during my long career in aviation with the ambition of one day becoming a hypnotherapist. In 2013 I enrolled on a formal course and gained a National Hypnotherapy Society recognised qualification in hypnotherapy. Since then I have continued through constant professional development to add to my skills. This has included a qualification in Eye Movement Desensitisation and reprocessing.
